About Us


For his entire career, Mr. Lambert has advocated for the rights of employees and consumers with great success. Since the beginning of his career, Mr. Lambert has litigated numerous class actions against some of the world’s largest companies, and after recovering tens of millions for his clients, he has decided to focus on representing employees and assisting employers with navigating the complex labor laws in California.

Mr. Lambert graduated from Grace M. Davis High School in 2000, then attended Occidental College earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2004. Mr. Lambert attended California Western School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude in 2007.


While in law school, Mr. Lambert was a member of the California Western Law Review & International Law Journal, an Academic Honors Instructor, and earned three Awards for Academic Achievement (Evidence, Alternative Dispute Resolution, & Trial Practice).

Mr. Lambert specializes in the following areas of litigation: (i) employment; (ii) class actions; and (iii) general business.

Mr. Lambert is admitted to practice law before all courts of the State of California and the Southern, Central, Northern, and Eastern District as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Lambert is a member of the State Bar of California, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Sacramento County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the California Employment Lawyers Association.
